The PROMON SCOPE G3 Twin System offers you a complete new tool to troubleshoot a production line where cause and effect are not at the same place - with the two synchronized camera heads. The PROMON STREAMER is a compact all-in-one long time high speed streaming system.
The compact footprint makes the Streamer a perfect system for permanent installation on a production line. Beside the high speed recording feature and the long time recording capabilities, the built-in I/Os allow control from PLC - so it’s ready when you need it. The versatile system is available in different variations such as built-in camera, with an additional external camera, or two external cameras. The control software is based on Imaging Studio v4, all features are easy configurable by the software.
For applications where high speed streaming under harsh environments is required, AOS now provides a wireless remote streaming controller.
The fanless IP65 rated controller houses a high performance CPU and a SSD drive to store the streaming data. A PROMON 501 camera is connected to the controller via a single cable. The wireless remote streaming controller is accessed via WLAN connection from your Android tablet or iPad. The tablet has full control over the camera and can setup the recording. Sequences can be downloaded from the controller to an external hard drive via USB 3.0 or Gigabit Ethernet.
